Hi, we’re Jay & Jaya—partners in both life and business. We’re a hardworking duo with two wonderful daughters and a cat who thinks he rules the house.

From the start, we dreamed of creating something special. Life took us on adventures—from studying Commerce and Architecture to moving across countries. Our happy place was always by the beach or in the mountains. But the best moments were when our kids were little and we were all together.

When we moved to Canada, life took a surprising turn. It wasn’t easy leaving our old home behind. But when a kind real estate agent helped us buy a gas station, we were inspired. Watching the way they guided us sparked something new. Suddenly, real estate felt like a calling.

Jaya’s background in architecture and design, and my experience in business, became the perfect mix. We wanted to help others find joy and security in their new homes, just like we did. That meant going back to school, studying hard, and learning nonstop—even after decades of working. We believe learning never stops, and that’s how we’re able to help our clients’ dreams come true.
